My 2005 RX8 blew seals and I found a low mileage wreck and bought the engine. So I am trying to put together a parts list for the engine change. Engine from wreck has only 20,000 miles. Car has 58,000 miles. Any advice is appreciated.

Is your transmission still in good shape? I cant think of anything you shouldnt already have between the two engines. Manually crank your new engine before installation so you make sure it still has compression.

Miles are irrelevant. Does the clutch function well during high rpm shifts? Does it make any usual noises?
