P0171...

Alright, losing my patience... P0171, bank 1 too lean. Replaced every injector and replaced fuel pump, and the fuel pump resistor. Car idles perfectly fine, MAF is ~6.40 G/S at idle with the STFT being anywhere from -1.5 to 2.3. Will idle for hours by itself, but once you start moving and then stop, the STFT will shoot up to 25% and then get really rough and eventually die.

I've checked for vacuum leaks for multiple weeks now with smoke and carb cleaner, nothing comes out of anywhere/changes idle. I've checked for leaks after the engine dies from the STFT going up, still nothing. I've replaced the front O2 sensor as well. Compression is fine, starts right up when hot, etc. I have also blocked/capped off every vacuum source and still eventually creeps up to 25%.

Running out of ideas here...
Any thoughts/ideas would be greatly appreciated, thank you

Pictures of engine bay.

List of mods to the car.

Compression numbers.

Where did you get the injectors.

Did you install new O rings on the injectors, being careful to not mix up the wires when installing and grease them to help prevent damage when installing

How did you block/cap vacuum sources?

Mods: Racing Beat intake, catback exhaust/cat-delete
Injectors: Injector Rehab (All of them)

Compression numbers: All in mid 90s

Vacuum caps in nipples and plugs inside vacuum lines- Doesn't change anything, even at idle
New O-rings were installed with the injectors. It runs perfectly fine at idle, can rev it to 9K all day with appropriate STFT %. This issue came out of nowhere. Never had this happen before. I ran through the FSM that pertains to the DTC, only thing I haven't checked was the ignition. I have new coils and plugs on the way though.
