Oil on air filter
overfilling engine oil is common cause, as the vapors start to work their way back up the filler neck and the vacuum from the intake pulls the oil through the intake tract.
1. Take care in not to overfill your oil
2. An Oil CatchCan will help alleviate this.

I would go with the catch can. Mine collects a lot of oil vapors and seems to condense them nicely. This keeps them from going through the engine. I run the oil fill, the oil injector vent and the intake lines to the input, and the Air Jet line to the output. Can slowly fills with very thin, very dirty oil. That oil does not go into intake, or into Jet Air.

Just imagine what you are doing here on a high level is placing a can in between that hose that runs from the oil filler neck to the intake.
Easy peasy.
Pull off hose at air filter tube. Examine size.
Go to hardware store.
Buy caps to cap off nipple.
Install cap.
Go to auto store.
Buy filter for the tube from the oil filler neck.
Install.
If you have SMOG check.
Uninstall.
Smaog car.
Re-install.
OR
Use funnel when filling oil and do not over fill.
