which it says they’re for the S2, but I’m not sure that the S1 is different, might be risky.

This is a part that aims to increase downforce by installing a base that raises and tilts about 100 mm UP and about 10 ° to the late (S2) genuine rear wing.

Since it uses genuine mounting screw holes, it can be mounted without processing and bolt-on. In addition, the height is set so that the rear visibility does not deteriorate.

This is exactly what I was looking for (could not remember where I saw it before. $385 for unpainted FRP version I understand. How much for Velocity Red? I have a 2004 -> Will it fit? ( I currently do not have a rear spoiler but will have to find a stock one - so no holes yet in my trunk lid. I live in Canada but I can convert USD no problem.

you would have to order them specifically from Japan that way and again, these are for the 2009 - 2011 S2 RX8, so it’d have to be an S2 paint color and also might not fit on an earlier 2004 - 2008 S1 RX8

not sure what you’re thinking really and at that price no less, but have at it.

looks like you should order a new set of exhaust shrouds first any way ...

I am not sure if there is that much difference between the S2 and S1 but I have both at home. My friend has a 2009 R3 so I will measure. I can get painting done here no prob. Yes the Exhaust shrouds are faded on both sides.
