So these are decent for having ten thousand miles, I have an extensive service history and I have been hearing that I really don't need to premix being an r3

Premix (Jaso FD certified) cannot hurt, but there is no data to prove that it does anything to prolong engine life either.

My advice:
  1. Use the best gasoline you can get
  2. Change your oil as often as you can
  3. never beat on the car until it is up to temp
  4. let it cool down after a hard drive
  5. Change the plugs, coils, and wires every 50k at least
  6. Change the air filter once a year
  7. Delete the cat converter
