Normal rpm s for a starter?

I did an extensive search but to no avail. What is the normal rpm s you should get from a healthy starter? I believe my car has the weak starter. An 05 Manufactured in 8/04.

250rpm for the earlier models, 300rpm for the later ones.

Aging earlier model ones can drop past 200. Not a problem in itself, but eventually they're too slow to reliably start the car, especially if the engine isn't at its prime.

Slow starter performance can also be caused by a battery that has lost a cell or 2.
