Well like it says I have no ac no heat and the blower motor in the cab blows good I tried flushing the heater coil no good it was super clean still nothing all relays and fuses good I have no clue what is the fix or what is even wrong

When you do the 0-16 thing, sometimes if you fiddle with the ***** you can get it to work.
Before I fixed mine it was either 0 or 16.
0 for AC was OK, anything else was tricky.
I found sometimes if I held the **** on 16 , it would stay there once the dash warmed up, especially in very cold weather.
