The wires are really good. I use them in every RX8. No experience with the coil packs. I always get those straight from Mazda.

Today, Advance Auto had the NGK for around $60 each. I bought the Intermotor version for half that, on condition they work or i bring em back and get the NGK. Lifetime warranty on Intermotor, 3 yrs on NGK for what thats worth.
Im wary about this Intermotor coil, there is absolutely nothing printed or stamped on it, so it could be any dang thing. Box does indeed say Made in Poland, but the coil could be made in the bowels of Russia by ex Lada engineers for all i know !

As far as I know with coils the main difference is how long they last. Can vary from only a few months for cheap ones up to 40k miles if Mazda revision C. Because you have a warranty try them out. I'm sure they will work. The main reason these die fast if aftermarket is they don't put an extra lip at the top where they mount to the plate. They end up melting quicker because of it and damaging the coils themselves.

Interesting - First time ive heard that Cayman. I assume absorbed engine heat is the issue. I also assume someone has a modified mounting bracket ?
