Just had an 04 Rx-8 kind of dropped in my lap and I don't know too much about them or Rotary in general. anything I need to look out for, I.e. known issues with that particular year, good place for aftermarket parts, etc.?

 

A great place to start is to check out the new owners sticky. Has all the information you need. Buy an OBD2 scan tool, you’ll need it. Ensure all recalls are completed and have a compression test done with a rotary compression tester. Post your results here. Welcome to the club! Post some pics.
