hello guys

i just got an rx8 a few days ago and i was told when i bought it that the sat nav is faulty

now i have tried new disks but this has not fixed it

it is just showing a blank screen with waved lines on
like an old tv when searching for channels

i have tried different ways of trying to reset it but no luck

i have used update disks and new update map disks but no such luck

is there anything you guys can suggest

my head unit version is 9.67 if that helps but not sure

my mazda is an rx-8 231 coupe 2004 uk model
