If you haven't already, you need to spend some time and read all this info for new owners. I tells you things to know and do as a new owner. First and foremost you need to get a rotary engine compression test (specific to rotary engines) to know the condition of that engine in your 2005 RX8. This is critical and the first thing you must do. Hey the car looks great and I hope all is fine, BUT you need to know the condition of your engine. That can cost you much headache and expense if the engine is subpar or dying. Really the compression test should have been done before you bought the car so you would know what your car is really worth. But many new members here have also fallen to the graces of these great cars and only after purchase discovered they have worn or subpar engines. The stickies here will guide you through the dos and don't of a proper compression test and show you how to read the results. Best to you !
