New owner of an "05 RX-8 Shinka

Just got and '05 RX-8 Shinka. Its a ricer for now it looks awesome, carbon fiber hood, lashes, spoiler and gas cap. Nice 19" DRIFZ wheels. body kit. lowered. leather interior is in great condition. love the 6spd short shifter.

UNFORTUNATELY I've had to buy 4 new tires for it. The dude I bought it from unplugged the battery to turn the check engine light off (realized that when it failed emissions due to "readiness"), and it turns out its the catalytic converter. And when I went to leave and get the cat put on this morning, the clutch stuck all the way to the floor. The slave cylinder seems to be fine, so I'm assuming its the clutch If only people now a days would be honest when they sold you stuff

You're gonna have to make your signature smaller.

First of all...welcome to the club. Secondly, did you get a compression test done on the engine? Thirdly, did you test drive the car before you decide to buy it? Lastly, did you buy it in the auto dealership or from someone? Is there a warranty whatsoever? Let us know...

No compression test. Seemed fine on the test drive. Bought from an individual. And no warranties I believe
