High rpm misfires and oil in exhaust, from your other thread, are two fairly significant symptoms. Don't ignore them.

 

are you thinking engine failure? i do also premix so oil smell out of my exhaust is to be expected to an extent

 

I'm not drawing conclusions, but engine failure isn't an on/off thing with rotaries, they degrade over time. A healthy car shouldn't do either of those things, so they're worth investigating before more serious problems arise. The oil in intake, I'm speculating, but could be the cause of your misfires. If present, there's a couple of reasons why it could be happening, some better than others.

 

6-ish second 0-60 MPH times are normal for stock manual 6-port RX8s.
