hello
I bought a new downpipe with ceramic cat from BHR
after trying to install it
it is loose in the front
the rear does not fit all with large gaps

I contacted BHR and he said not to use the nuts he supplied and use the original mazda ones in the back
but the front still seems like it should seal much better

Im going to try and install it again next week
anyone else experience issues installing a downpipe or any advice on the front gasket?

 

I would look at the engine mounts, if they are failed then you could see alignment issues.
