Why i ask is that a blown fuse is very obvious , the wire filament inside melts and there is discoloration inside the fuse .

You just don't replace fuses willy nilly . You look for a blown one and replace that one !

Voltmeter won't tell you the whole story about your battery.

Try getting one of these (Solar Battery Tester). They are reasonably priced and have served me well.

Hello sorry about delay in reply, Had workman round yesterday and they jumped my car with there transit van, Yes it started straight away. Also gave car a good run out and all is fine now.:naughty:
