Hi guys I have 2004 rx8 6 speed,
I have been considering to change the usdm ecm for a jdm one
so I need to know if is it a good idea? if so whats pros and cons do I will have?
I want to change because I wanna see if can I get a better performance?

No, there's no benefit to it. And it requires a lot of work.

And yeah, what he said. First thing is to go through both threads in my signature block. Then, if you did not change coils and plugs, do that. You may be surprised how many ponies were stuck in the dirt.
