Are you saying the steering wheel connectors have different number of pins? Is the steering wheel from the same year of car?

I mean you could probably make an adaptor harness that matches the right pins between the two connectors, or just hardwire it, but I don't have any info on the pinout of either. You haven't even mentioned which specific years you're working with. It may be impossible to make this work.

Any options to remake to hidrolicpump or oil, and remove mazdas original electronic steering.?

I think some people have used Miata steering racks when swapping in a different engine. But since you're not doing that, you would need to find some way to run a hydralic power steering pump. It's probably easier to just find the right year of steering wheel, even if you have to order it from the US. There are many on ebay. Also why are you changing steering wheels?

Wait, you changed your car from right hand drive to left hand drive? Wow.
Well in that case, as I said, the US is left-hand drive, plenty of steering wheels available.

And also is your original steering wheel actually different from the same year left hand steering wheels? As far as I know, the button configurations and everything else is the same.

Here, if you really need one, there's a shop in I think Poland that makes things like this: https://www.ebay.com/itm/Steering-Wh...4AAOSw9bFZyrnB
