Check your catalytic converter. It's likely toast. And that can destroy your engine, so don't drive it u til you verify the condition

I wouldn't, clogged cat will kill your engine. You have options though, from cheapest to most expensive: gut your cat, midpipe, new cat. If you get a new cat do some research, a lot of them won't last with a rotary. If you get a midpipe you have the option of a resonator which will quiet the exhaust and change the tone so each brand sounds different.

Does hitting your cat cause any harm? Also do you guys think it could be anything else I tried to get a reading from autozone but there scanner wouldn't work with my car same thing for another place, I'm gonna try tomorrow to get it scanned then go and take the cat off and see if it's clogged if it is gut it and then hope for the best

Gutting your catalytic converter will not cause any harm to the vehicle, however, it can cause air quality around the car to be worse, and can have ramifications when it comes time to get your emissions check.

In this car particularly, not having a converter is beneficial as when they fail they can completely ruin the engine via overheating.

With a gutted cat or a midpipe you will get a check engine light saying the catalytic converter is not functioning.

Well, if you use an O2 delete specifically you'll get error code P0139 -- slow O2 circuit response. However, there are ways around this code.

You need to cleanup the intake and especially the MAF. This is usually caused by overfilling the oil or large amounts of blowby due to low compression. That's probably what's causing your blue smoke, you're sucking it in through the intake.

Have you cleaned oil from the intake?
Pull the spark plugs, see what they have on them. You're looking for gas, oil, coolant or metal flakes. Report back.

So lets say the seals went bad, what do i need to replace? just get a seal kit for the rotor that went out and done? or do i need to get a new rotor, housing, seals, etc basically a rebuild? or should i just look at getting a new engine?

Full rebuild/ replacement engine. Strongly suggest buying a ready engine from a rebuilder like Pineapple racing, Pettit, Rotary Resurrection (here on the forum).
