$200 rx8
Just bought a 2004 rx8 for $200bought it not running. Replaced starter, coils, plugs, plug wires and fuel pump. Car runs excellent starts up perfect BUT... I have NO heater, no power steering, no steering wheel controls, no radio, and nothing works in the center console. I have checked all fuses. What else could be the issue?

Your radio and heater etc. all are fed from the 15A 'room' fuse. Try to troubleshoot this circuit first. Check for power at both of this fuses terminals.
Power steering is on a separate EPS 60A fuse so is likely not related.
