CA My Rx-8 is making a noise

Hi guys! First time here. Recently I purchased a rx8 in good condition. But for some reason now when I drive it, it feel and hear like a grinding noise or rubbing noise. Where I can feel it the most is under the buttons where you take off traction. And another is when I'm driving on the freeway and I'm Turning right.. I hear a rubbing noise. But when I turn left it doesn't. Even if it's a very slight turn of the steering wheel does anyone know what that might be? And comments or suggestions?

Does it change or go away if you turn off the cabin fan? It could be a ventilation fan with a worn out bearing. Does it change if you turn off A/C? Does the sound change with engine rpm or with vehicle speed?

The a/c I don't have on. It's just when I go a certain speed maybe 70 mph I hear and feel the brrrr noise it last like 1 sec with a 2-3 sec interval. Then the other part is when I'm on the freeway and it's going right.. so I turn the wheel slightly right and I hear the brrrrrrr noise until I put the steering wheel back in center position. So I would say it happens in 2 occasions.
