Mustang steering rack sway bar needed?

Mustang steering rack sway bar needed?
I'm doing an LS swap in my RX-8 I have seen people use mustang steering racks, in most of these examples it seems there are not using a sway bar. I could be mistaken, but question 1) Are they using sway bar with the steering rack swap? 2) What is the ideal year from mustang to use? Any information provided is deeply appreciated.
