From what I've read, Megan RX-8 parts and "decent" never belong in the same sentence.
The bigger issue that you've missed is just how much you won't gain by installing a header.
Seriously, there's no intake/exhaust port overlap so you won't get any scavenging. The best you can do is reduce restriction and the main restriction in the RX-8 exhaust path is between the exhaust ports and the manifold.
