Low Compression Solution
Alright, so my cousin found this 06 Shinka Rx8 with like 70,xxx miles for 4,399. Why is that cheap? Well because it has low compression and they say it needs a new engine. But I have heard there are other, way cheaper ways to fix compression. Any ideas if he decides to purchase??
There are ways to cheat compression tests, and there are "solutions" that give temporary benefits, but if the engine needs new seals and or housings due to severe over-heating, then you need to rebuild it.
