Definitely an aftermarket switch... The previous owner must've put it in.

My Baby Is An 2005 Automatic, I've tried to find out what are those **** and button for many times but nothing, a blue light turns on above the **** every time i turn the key

going to assume that they belonged to an amplifier. Did the car come with an aftermarket audio system (i.e. subs in the trunk). If not, there is a possibility the previous owner removed the audio equipment but left the switches.
