This came from the official RX-8 manual for the 2009-2011 series 2.

cool thanks!...just completed my fluid change for the tranny and diff...

Its funny I used exactly 2 bottles of MT 90 and its tarted leaking out from the fill hole...I thought its supposed to be 2.06 Qts LOL...The diff was tricky but I got it done...

Thanks again!

Seems to me that you forgot to purge the air out of the trans before filling. That's probably where the .06 qts discrepancy is coming from.

The S2 undercarriage isn't significantly different from the S1 and the red circles are where I place my jack stands.

In the front, it's just the frame rails. In the rear, there are metal hard points that protrude downward a bit.

It also might be levelness. I checked my level in the footwell and on the frames underneath prior to filling.
