Intermittent suspension noise when compressing?

My car has been on Tein Street Basis Z for around 2 months, and has started making awful noises recently. Any time the front right suspension gets compressed - on any braking, slightly uneven terrain (not even bumpy) it sounds awful. But, it isn't always like that! I've left the car sitting for a few days, and drove for like 10 minutes before it started happening. What could it be?

I've attached a recording from my phone placed on top of the front passenger wheel well, going like 5mph and suddenly braking.

Something is loose. Could be an endlink, ball joint, control arm bolt.. need to get under there and see. It's a bit tricky because if you just jack up one side, the sway bar will be in tension and not allow the freedom of movement you have when level. If you raise both sides, the sway bar is free but the suspension is in full droop and tensions other joints. I had something like that ones that only happened while the car was on the ground, it was the rear lower control arm bolt.

Thing is, my mechanic checked everything like 2 times and nothing is loose according to him. It was on a lift though, I believe. I will try and check it myself in a garage pit when I have the time, thanks

Try another mechanic. Do the Teins have a preload spring? If so possible it's slightly loose?

Logically, it would have to be one of the joints that was undone to install the Teins. So upper control arm, strut mount, strut bar?, lower control arm shock joint.

I am told that my right swaybar endlink is worn out
My theory is, the rubber on it changes under temperature, and it's only fine when it's cold.
Of course my mechanic did predict that the coilovers will require new endlinks (and changed the rear) but from his inspection the front was fine, so he left it
Thankfully he ordered them beforehand, and didn't return them yet, so I'll have them changed tomorrow, and will let you know if the issue stopped!
