Interior Flooding passenger floor

Help. My 2004 RX8 is flooding on the passenger side floor during rain storms when the car is parked. This is a new occurrence. Any ideas will be helpful. There is no other water inside, and all my weather seals are good. There is no wet carpet up the back firewall indicating the heater core, however, there seems to be a drain hole under the hood just below an insulation pad on the firewall. The area around this hole is wet. Mazda said the drain hole above the heater box might be blocked? I've had the carpet pulled, dried, and cleaned, thinking it was a freak thing, and it lasted not quite a week, tonight we got rain again. Should I just add fish???

It's not the drain hole. I had some door repair done and it appears to be leaking through all the pin holes holding the door skin on Also Mazda found that the swing door also seems to be leaking horribly. I have no idea why this would all of a sudden happen, but it doesn't sound good.

Turn off caps lock since there IS NO NEED TO SHOUT.

The taillight water problem is a tsb, not a recall, and that means it's not free unless the dealer is doing you a favor or you are under bumper to bumper warranty (which no series 1 rx-8 is)

Thanks for all the help. It appears that the repair work that was done to the door skin, is what is causing the problem. However, the swing door is now also leaking just as bad as the front passenger door, so both front, and rear floor areas are now wet. This seems to be going from bad to worse. I have a feeling I may be selling it before the weather turns.
