(Raises hand in the air and waves frantically)

Ooh...Ooh! I know! I know!

The correct answer is: spend a couple of days reading the previous discussions on this forum because the question has been answered so many times previously.

Seriously though...spend some time reading thru the forums and you'll find the answer that you're looking for.

My personal recommendation would be a Supercharger!

No turbo the hell out of it so the apex seals blow in 5k miles or less then NOS it to try and regain power loss and kill the rotary housing so you can't even rebuild. On a seareous note real all the DIY's and the tech forums your answers are all there.

I thought this was a serious need help thread, as in like there was an actual problem with the vehicle.

The OP posted this in an existing thread and I moved and titled the thread. I'll give him a couple of days to find it, reply and give it a better title just to confuse the hell out of him.

Everyone else, the New Member forum is a place where trolling will not be tolerated and negativity is strongly discouraged. Be mindful of that when creating your responses.

Update: Since my actions were questioned, I'll let you know that I did PM him and let him know of the change back when I moved this post.

Seems like you survived round one.. Cool. Welcome...

I suggest starting with the reading assignments. My two favorites are high enough on my list to be in my signature block. I have no idea what year, miles, configuration or anything, so I cannot offer much. But, the $100 thread applies to most of them, and the other link is a great section for new owners.

I suggest you start there. You can easily see better performance and improved economy from the $100 stuff, depending on the state of your car, age, miles, previous maintenance and stuff like that.

And, again, welcome...

This. Many times over, this. Many here would agree that there's no quick & easy method to soup up performance (not cheap, at least) but there's mods to enhance characteristics of the 8. Ignition, short shifter, brakes, clutch & brake lines, oils, etc., would be great places to start and every one of these are on the ≥$100. I still go through that thread, very very useful. Welcome to the family, let us know what you plan out after reading the thread.
