How is the top of the radiator support welded to the car? How to replace it?

How is the top of the radiator support welded to the car? How to replace it?
Does anyone know how to replace the top of the radiator support/shroud up member(FE01-53-150C)?
I can come back tommorow with some photos with it, but I didn't see any spot welds. I need to replace/straighten it but since mazda sells it as a part I guess it'd be more facile to replace than to try straithening it.
Mazda doesn't seem to offer any kind of repair manual for welded body panels.
