Eric at I Do Cars on YouTube did a teardown, so maybe you can use it as a reference. He did make it for general viewing purposes, though, so it's not the most detailed process. You could use it in conjunction with a service manual.
I agree with Loki, though, that there isn't much of a point in tearing them down and replacing parts, given how expensive the new major parts can be. Add in the labour and it's just not a good idea all around.
