HELP!! Phoenix AZ Rx8 blown up

Alright everyone it's my first time posting here although I've lurked for quite some time. So the other day my rotary decided to blow an apex seal on me. I have no compression in one of the rotors. I checked the forums and Google for rotary specific shops in the Phoenix area. Turblown and az rotary rockets have yet to reply to me, BHR sent me an email but I understand they are busy and have yet to reply to my reply. I am really lost and confused and need to know what actions I should take and would like some insight from anyone willing to input.

1. Rebuild engine,
I'm not sure the exact cost of this cause I've seen like1.5k-2k online but I would imagine that is excusing labor and I don't know what to expect for labor. Considering the car may only retail for 4.5k I really don't want to put the worth of the car into a stock motor at the moment.

2. Replace engine
A. Replace the engine with another renesis, but begs the same question of the cost to install it since I do not have my own garage at the moment and would need some shop to perform it for me. I can get a Renesis on ebay for like 1.5k I believe.
B. I thought about a 13brew but I read a thread today that, that swap costs the same amount as a 20b and that doesn't make sense to me. Shouldn't the 20b be way more? Unless that thread was inaccurate.

If anyone has any shops in the Phoenix area they can recommend I would deeply appreciate that, and I suppose where I go from here is all about price and how much of a price difference upgrading the engine might be in comparison to rebuilding/reusing a Renesis engine.

I appreciate all help as I love this car and this community but I am sorry lost on what to do currently.

Jason
