Help. Cylinder 1 misfire.

Hey guys I recently bought a rx8 with a bad engine and bought a supposedly good engine to swap with about 70k miles on it. It looked like it had been sitting in storage for awhile though I got it to crank up and idle with a cylinder 1 misfire. Ok so took apart engine today to access all 6 injectors. I removed cleaned and bench tested them all. Also checked noid lights on the 2 red and all good. Spark on all 4 spark plugs . Really getting frustrated.. any input ? I've read even a motor mount could cause a cylinder 1 misfire? I did crossthread a mount bolt halfway in ,figured would replace after i got it running. Also used the bottom pulleys and that thin piece with cutouts off the other engine, that matter with that CAS or whatever it is? Have tried decarbing it, check all fuses, all vacuum is hooked up. No hard start hot issues. Mechanic but new to these rotarys so dont be afraid to get technical. Thanks

Clear the NVRAM by turning the key to ON and pressing the brake pedal rapidly until the oil pressure gauge does a full sweep. This clears the eccentric shaft position sensor profile stored in memory and is recommended when you change engines.

Also, whether this is root cause or not, replace the ignition coils if older than 25k miles. They can cause misfires and dead engines / cats when they start failing.

It's not the motor mount.
