I just took my cat off today and gutted it and put back on... My car has yet to start lol idk what's going I maybe it's because my car was still on jack stands I don't no if they have a sensor that tells it not to start cause your tires are not touching the ground??? But anyway it wouldn't start and it ended up flooding out and Tryed all the de-flooding stuff and waited even 10 hours and it still hasn't started ???

 

Update - waited a day and still won't start.. Pulled the plugs and shot some gas and oil out cleaned the plugs and put them back in doesn't even act like it wants to fire... Plugs could and wires are in the way... Just don't get how I can drive it into the garage and take the cat off and put it back on and 2 hrs later it won't even start... Any ideas???

Yes it turns over fine.. The plugs were nasty that's why I have coils plugs and wires on the way but I'm stumped

 

What problems were you having that made you choose to gut your cat in the first place?

It may have been something else, or a combination of multiple issues.

After It would warm up (driving 10-15 mins) the idle would be low and less throttle response with little power at all and would make a loud noise in the engine like a raspy rattle ... Heard about the cats getting plugged cause of bad coils and stuff so I took it off and just gutted it and the plugs are nasty as well... But I drive it everyday would be fine untill it would get warm

 

You should find a way to have it compression tested. It also seems like there's some degree of ignition failure (which is likely a huge part of it) and you'll need to replace the coils, plugs, and wires.

You're right in that the cat was probably toast from a bad ignition/low compression, but the power loss cat failure usually won't appear until the engine is at ~6k RPM, it wouldn't be noticeable at idle.
