Steve Kan put together a webinar a few years ago. You might search for the videos. I think they are still out there.
Specifically what are you trying to accomplish? Unless you are F/I, you stand to gain almost nothing by "tuning" the A/F maps. The best you can hope for are 0 to 5 HP gains in some areas by scaling the MAF and advancing the timing for 93. Otherwise, Mazda's engineers did a find job of tuning this engine.
