So I'm currently taking my 13b rotary engine apart and I got to the flywheel and I'm having every problem possible. This is my first engine take apart ever and I'm still learning a lot here. What's the best way to get the fly wheel nut off. I've tried all kinds of things and just can't get it to even budge. I have no power tools or anything so it's all by hand

 

It's on there at 250+ foot-pounds so, power tools aren't a bad idea. Or a long breaker bar. How are you locking the flywheel rotation?
