Fixed flood what suggestions to maintain or change

HI. I finally got my car started after a lengtthy restart from flooding. I was wondering if anyone has suggestions on what to reset or change going forward. Im going to change the oil clean MAF sensor,bought new plugs. any input would be appreciate.
