E brake isnt working

Just replaced all four of my rotors and calipers. Now im having an issue with my ebrake not working. I adjusted my handle that didnt work. Im at a loss right now. I havent been able to find out anything on how to fix it. All the cables for the ebrake are connected, the handle is tight and i bled the brakes multiple times. Now its just down to the issue of the ebrake working.

Are the cables tight when you pull the handle?

Does the eBrake have resistance when you lift it? Does it feel like it’s pulling the calipers or does it feel stuck?

Are the cables adjusted properly at the mounting points on the calipers?
