Detonation, exhaust leak, or?? VIDEO OF SOUND

As I stated in my first thread I just bought an 05. A few days after purchase I fill up at a BP and when leaving the pump car had no power. Came to conclusion that there was water in the gas, we recently had a big snowstorm and guessing during the melt water got to storage tanks. Anyways car has since developed what sounds like an exhaust leak/detonation sound. So far since filling up with the bad gas I have ran HEET through the system along with sea foam to tank on 3 fill ups. I have replaced the plugs, wires, and ignition coils. Gutted the catalytic converter, cleaned ESS, SSV, MAF,and throttle plate. The sound developed before I gutted the catalytic and is the reason I did gut the cat. At the end of this post is a video where you can here the sound. Have to listen carefully at 3 sec, 51 sec, and 1:06 as with the gutted cat and aftermarket exhaust it can be a little hard to hear, but it is distinct. I wondering if maybe could be faulty injectors as that is about the only thing that I haven't replaced yet. Any thought would be greatly appreciated.

Are you at full throttle? It's suuuper slow. How did the old spark plugs look? Do u still have them?

Do you have an OBD2 reader? It would help to get data on what it shows for timing, airflow, afr and fuel trims.

How is the idle and starting performance?

Instead of starting a new thread, keep it all in one so that we have a time table and troubleshooting guide. Creating a seperate thread causes confusion and having to read both to see what has been done or suggested is a pain in the ***.
