If you need an engine, your best bet is to call Pineapple Racing, or Pettit or another reputable rotary rebuilder. There's a list here somewhere. They're not in Alabama but they can ship an engine to you, or a local mechanic who would do the install.

I wouldn't trust a random local mechanic to rebuild any engine, never mind a rotary. But they should be able to install one.

Also what is the actual problem?
