Question De-Carbon?

I'm in the process of breaking in my engine, thus the rpms haven't seen anything past little bursts at 6000. Obviously low rpm for a long time (aka my break in period of 750 mi) will make lots of carbon which is bad for any engine. Is it necicary to decarbon or is it not critical durring break in. I have a manual 6 port.
