Cold engine compression values

Hi I have a 04 RX8 with compression in the 30's on front and back. I have read that the compression should be at min close to 100. That suggested value is at normal operating temp, 250 RPM crank. I imagine mine has probably old starter, How to tell?

Does anyone know what a cold engine and 150rpm crank compression should be?
Yes I used a normal engine tester with the valve removed. I did get 30,30,30 front and 30,30,30 back of course these are aproximate at the 100is rpm cranking.

There are no specs for what you are doing so you can't get an accurate picture doing that.
