Coilovers vs stock Bilstein shocks

Does anyone know if its worth it to get new coilovers such as the tein street basis over the stock suspension i have? To my knowledge its the better sport suspension as i have an 08 40th anniversary edition. Would those coilovers around that range ($400-$600) be worth it or would it be too much a downgrade and i should wait for better?

Worth it for what purpose? Racing? Street? I wouldn't look at low end coilovers like that, they're not an upgrade. Over $1000 you start finding better options.

Planning to eventually turn it to a track car but that wont be for a bit. Current suspension is stock and the car has 125k miles. Just not sure if the shocks have ever been replaced.

I think for that budget, replacing the shocks with new of the same model is about the best you can do without compromising.
