Got my car back from the mechanic today and the mechanic pulled code P0610. He said that the PCM update might have been interrupted or not finished. Does that seem likely?

 

Could be loose wires to the PCM, might need a reflash, etc.

Not a problem, just try to in the future. I just typed "P0610" into Google and that link was the second one that popped up; a quick read through seemed to give the information you were looking for.
