EU Check Engine Light after replacing sparkplugs

Hey all I just finished replacing sparkplugs, ignition coils, and leads on my 2004 6-port standard, following this self-diagnostic. The original problem is gone, and she runs as well as ever. Should I unplug the battery or should I worry about this and take her in to be read?

Also wanted to do some decarb with demineralized water, as it appears from my readings here that it is equal to seafoam. Is the procedure listed here the exact same as what I want?

Yes, resetting the ECU is a good idea. The brake stomp method (reset NVRAM) would be a good idea.

What is the brake stomp method? I unplugged the battery and the CEL is gone, but now it says DSC off and the slip light is on. Will this go away as I drive?

There is a procedure where you have
to turn the wheel back & forth, engine off, key on, IIRC.

Don't a code reader, but also don't have a CEL anymore. the DSC of has gone but it still shows the loss of traction light.

So engine off, key on, stomp 20 times in 8 secs, and turn the wheel back and forth?

Two separate procedures.
Turn the wheel after doing the 20 brake stomp.

I think clearing your KAM/NVRAM might have wiped the code off the memory. But keep an eye out for it coz it might return after certain number of drive cycles.
