Changing plugs first time need advice

Watched a video gonna do my first plug change next week are the NGK plugs the norm? I have a 2006 GT is there a BEST performance plug and gap? Thanks

NGK plugs are the only plugs you should use. Make sure you get two leading plugs and two trailing plugs and install them in the correct locations (marked on the block).

The only reason people change plugs is if they are forced induction.

Also, they are pre-gapped, don't mess with the gap.
