cars dies on a stop light

hi i got a 2004 automatic rx8 (fully stock) got about 135k miles

i just got it from another person, we change the brakes master cylinder , after that everytime i got to a stop the car is turn off.. also happens when i turn on the AC ..... ecl turn on and the code was relate to the crank sensor .... sensor changed and issue remains... but this time ECL show a MAF sensor fault ... sensor was change and car keep shut down when i totally stop the car.. funny thing is the car start right back no starting problems no driving problems cars revs nice seem that still got power (no low compression issues) but every time i fully stop the car let see in a red light car just die ... also coils and spark plugs has been replaced

any other suggestions ???

clean your battery terminals first, see if it continues. The brake light load on the alternator might be overtaxing the available current flow to keep it at idle if you have weak electrical points.

BTW: Diagnosing "no low compression" because "revs nice seem that still got power" is flawed logic with a rotary. The compression increases as the revs increase, so low compression problem manifest at idle before anywhere else, and if you have a blown engine that doesn't have a hope of idling, you can keep it alive with higher revs. You are also new to the car, so you don't actually seem to have an idea of what the engine should feel like. Many new owners think their engine is perfectly fine when it's not, and they think the engine is powerful when it's 30-50hp down from where it should be. Then they get blown away when they address problems. You might have a fine engine, ignition, etc..., just don't let yourself get trapped into diagnosing by feel on an engine that is new to you.

I'm still assuming that there is a connection between the braking and the stalling. Does it stall by itself if you let it just sit there idling for a while?

Can you measure the voltage supplied by the alternator when driving, and then see what it does when you apply the brakes and the engine stalls?

alternator are fine no sings of error while we hit the brake pedal in idle or when we cruise over 80 mph .... but we decide to check if the fuel lines and the pump and we notice that the pump keeps on and off (never seem this behavior before in any car) but funny thing is that the car always turns on never present a starting issue or any limitation when we hi rev the car (even idle or driving ) so we took the old fuel pump and replace it and we found that the fuel meter on the tank was damage (we replace fuel pump tank filter and fuel meter ) and cars now running fine thanks a lot for your help

Thank you for following up with the resolution to your problem. That could be extremely helpful in the future if someone else has the same issue.
