Can't find the VIN!

Can't find the VIN!
For the life of me, I have been trying to find the VIN.
The drivers side windshield has nothing.
The drivers door (latch side) has a sticker with tire pressures.
The engine bay has another sticker that has MODEL: LA-SE3P Paint color and where it says VEHICLE ID NO: it is blank????
Is this normal? Can anyone help me find it please?
So far from the MOT its a 2003 model and i'm in the UK
