Bought an Rx8 :D
Hi guys/girls, Im Neno, 23. Since first getting my licence I've always had my Nissan Pulsar but with a hidden micro leak on the AC compressor (salesman never mentioned) for 7yrs and living in sunny Australia thought it was about damn time to upgrade.
Why Rx8?
Need for Seed: Carbon :P
May sound silly but NFSC was one my favorite games on the ps2 as a kid and the Rx8 was the starter and my all time favorite. I would rather tune/upgrade the rx8 than buy new cars, and that's how my love for the Rx8 has started.
I couldn't afford a low km, new model so I got a 2003 stock, brilliant black, excellent condition Rx8. The car had done 180 000kms and had a rebuild by a leading rotary mechanic, he sold it to an owner who used it for 15 000 and now it's mine.
I LOVE IT. Such a fun car to drive and from what I can tell so far... mechanically sound. Only downside is the economy :O But even that couldn't throw me off buying one :D

Welcome and congrats! I already had my Rx8 when I bought that game and remember having a ton of fun customizing that car to see what my own 8 would look like with certain body styling! Fun stuff!

I'm exactly the same. 22 and fell in love with the car when I first played Need For Speed Underground 2. Spent hours modifying it, playing with different bodykits etc. Spent ages driving the RX-8 in Carbon as well. Sad to see that EA don't make NFS like that anymore. I spent years dreaming about the RX-8 and finally bought mine in December 2014.
