When i shift at high rpms in 2nd(only) it grinds. I changed the transmission oil with Amsoil. No change

 

Check your clutch pedal. I'm working through the same issues with my car and while putting in a new clutch pedal didn't completely alleviate the issue, it helped a lot. Now I can actually shift at the beep and not grind away at second.

However, I still can't rush the shift.
