2010 Rx8 vs older model

Whats the difference between 2010 rx8 and older models? I own a 2010 and don't want to pick up information about models that i don't have and abuse the vehicle....

Slightly updated engine, ECU, radio/interior. The biggest difference is you still have a warranty. Whereas none of the S1 models do anymore.

I love my 2008 Series 1, but the Series 2 did have some real improvements. . And yes, still having some warranty left is HUGE, and could be worth thousands of dollars to you, especially for a cat replacement, or engine replacement before your 8yrs/100,000 miles engine warranty is up (from date of first sale). .

FWIW, I believe that, like with so many classic cars - sports cars, in particular - it's the early models that will be prized the most: Jaguar E-type, Datsun 240Z, Mustang, Camaro, the list goes on. So the more attractive S1 for me.

The 2010 Models received a fair amount of updates. Edmunds.com breaks them down the best, or you could also just use Wikipedia, that has some pretty good information about the gen 2 8's on it as well.
